It's already midnight now and I'm still awake. It's been a while now that I always sleep late at night but I woke up late too. It's not only me, hubby also have a hard time sleeping. I believed that we don't have a good sleeping habits. We've already talked about this and we decided to try to go to bed early and woke up early in the morning too. But it's not really easy. We tried many time and nothing happens. We're in the bed but we're not sleeping. I don't know what we gonna do with this. We tried to take a goodnight tea and it helps a little. Maybe if we continue drinking this tea, maybe it will help us back to have the regular sleeping time.

For now, I will just check something here in the net.
