BIRTHDAY GIFT

Hubby’s nephew will celebrate his 30th birthday this coming March 28. We decided to give him something that he will love because he always there if we need his help. Every time hubby asks him some favour, he always says yes. In return, we want to give him something special. We know that he loves sports. He’s a soccer player in one of the best team in their place. He also loves to collect sports gadgets. We decided to give him any gadget related to sports but last night hubby found a soccer jersey online. He really wants it for his nephew because he knew that his nephew will love it. He told me that he will buy that shirt for his nephew and that will be our birthday gift for him.

MY SISTER-IN LAW’S PREGNANCY

Few weeks ago, I talked with my sister-in-law in Philippines. She told me that she’s pregnant for their 3rd child. Oh my, they are very fast. Anyway, the youngest one is already 2 years old and 4 months. I thought that two kids are enough for them but they still want another one and she told me that this will be the last. Anyway, if that’s makes them happy, then go for it. They already had 1 boy and 1 girl and she just told me a while ago that they will have another baby boy. I’m so happy for them. Next week, we will be sending box to Philippines. I want to send her a cute and sexy maternity dress. I know that she loves to collect sexy clothes and even a sexy maternity dress. MISSION IN AFGHANISTAN

Our friend will be leaving for Afghanistan for a one year mission. He’s been doing lots of mission already in Europe, Africa and other places but it’s his first time in Afghanistan. He’s not scared at all in fact he is very excited on this mission but his wife is very scared and it’s normal. I really understand her. She didn’t know if her husband will come alive or dead. Well, everything goes with the luck. I’m just wishing them good luck in their mission.

Hubby and I are planning to give him something before he will leave. There will be a farewell party I guess a week before he will leave. We are thinking of giving him spec ops brand because we know that he will like it. In fact, we already found one and we have to talk to his wife before buying so that we will not buy the same thing because his wife is thinking of buying spec ops brand too.

GETTING READY FOR MY VACATION

I know that I still have 5 more months before going to Philippines to visit my family but I’m already preparing my things to bring and bought some gifts for my family. I already bought some gifts like shoes, clothes, perfume and many more that I have to send in March so that the box will arrive before me. Inside that box are all the gifts for them. I still have to buy something for my 3 brothers. I always have a hard time choosing male stuff. I want to give something that they will love and they can use often. Last week, I talked to my brother in the phone. He mentions to me that he will love to have a jacket. Then I was thinking that this would be a great gift for him. I shopped last week for the jacket but oh boy, it’s too expensive. I can’t afford to buy 3. But then, I didn’t stop looking for a good jacket that is affordable. I checked online and here we go! I found a Roca Wear Coat. I love the style and the price is so affordable. And the good news is I can get 15% discount if I will buy 3. Oh my! I will need three jackets for my 3 brothers. LIVING ROOM ALMOST DONE

This morning hubby started to sand the floor in the living room and put one coat of varnish in the part where the wall was before. The varnish is not yet dry so we have to wait until it gets dry and we will put the second coat. After the second coat will be done, we will have to varnish all over the floor. I still don’t know when we finish this work. I’m really looking forward now to put my Christmas decor.

After the living room, we have to put the ceramic in the stairway but just in the bottom close to the basement. We didn’t finish it last summer because hubby was assigned in Edmonton. It’s not really that bad but its better if we will finish it before Christmas.

I feel pity to hubby because he’s complaining about his knee. He’s working a lot with his knee and it is getting painful now. I’m thinking to buy him tactical pants that I saw online. They have a big sale just now and I guess I will buy one for him.
