PHOTOGRAPHY BOOKS

I took all these book from my bookshelf last night and try to read for me to learn more about photography. My husband gave me all these book last year and I started to read a little but now, I really need to read if I want to learn more. I already started last night. There's lot of interesting topic in these books. I'm looking forward to apply what I learned in these books.

REFLECTOR DISC

I got another surprise from the husband today. I just saw the reflector disc in the living room when I got home from work. I'm very excited to install all these in my little studio. My only problem now is I don't have a model to practice. Most of my friends are busy at work during weekend and I'm only available every weekend. But hopefully,  I have friends that will come this coming February 22. I hope there will be no changes. Im so excited now

I GOT YOU

Finally I got my Nikon Pro umbrella kit. We've check different brands and different prices and we end up buying a nikon. Ever since, hubby and I are both nikonians and for now, all our camera gadgets are from nikon.

Im really looking forward to have my first pictorial, hopefully 3rd week of February.  I cant wait :-)

PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE - DONE

I had my 2 hours photography course tonight. It was really great one on one course. She show me how to have a good lighting during the photo shoot and 5 different types of lighting. My husband was my model during the course. I'm so happy and excited to have my next course. For now, we need to buy the 3 important accessories so that I can start doing photo shoot at home. It's quite expensive but I guess it worth it. Hubby will not have a hard time to find a gift for me, the accessories - reflector, tripod for the flash and Auto-Sensing Transceiver. With these 3 accessories, I will be okey in my little studio.

These three accessories are good for valentines day, birthday and wedding anniversary gift :-)

SICK

(Golden Finch Bird in our Patio)

It's been 5 days now that I'm sick. I have on and off fever, colds and cough. I was force to rest and not working for 2 days. It was not easy for me for the last 3 days, just stayed in the house, slept and no appetite at all. I started to go out yesterday to get some fresh air. The weather was so nice and sunny. I stayed most of the time in our patio with my laptop, iPad, my celfon and of course my camera to capture the birds. 

I was so lucky yesterday because nobody in the neighborhood mown their lawn. Birds were not afraid and they came very close to me to feed themselves. I captured golden finch (in the photo above), turtledove, swallow birds and sparrow bird. I even captured the cat of our neighbor chasing the birds. I felt so upset with the cat but I didn't do anything bad to him. 

I took some pictures again today with the birds but they are all the same birds that come everyday but I still love to picture them. I did a little of gardening too and wanted to help hubby working  our driveway but I didn't because I'm still weak. The fever is back again and I have to go back to work tomorrow. I took some medications but I don't know what's going on. If fever will come back tomorrow then I guess it's time for me to see the doctor. I hope I will be okey tomorrow and continue to work in the rest of the week.
