UPDATE ON MY HEALTHY DIET PROGAM
As I said on my previous post that I started my healthy diet on the first day of this month. Until now, I didn't eat rice, pork and beef. I only eat vegetables, fruits, chicken and fish with lots of water. In the first two days, everything goes fine but yesterday, I had a severe headache that I believed it's because of my diet. I'm still want to have rice. I feel to give up but I still try to control myself. I'm not working tomorrow so I have all the time to cook a healthy foods and do some exercise. I'm looking forward to see the result at the end of this month.
