My Lumpia Shanghai

For the past 2 weeks, me and hubby are so busy going there, do this, do that, visit here, visit there. We spent most of our time outside the house. Thought we are that busy, but still we are enjoying our company. This morning, we visit some friends and then went to the park and took some pictures. In the afternoon, we don’t have something special, so we decided to make some lumpia shanghai. I’ve been doing this for 3 years now and lots of Quebecoise love it. We made 5 dozen this afternoon and our friend took all of it. Huh! We just finished packing it for our friend and another friend of us call and want more dozen. Oh! I think, this make me busy again. Cool, isn’t it? hehehehe
