PREPARING

I started preparing my luggage now for my trip to Philippines. I bought some "the cars" stuff tonight for my nephew's coming birthday party. My theme plan was Spider but I had a hard time finding spider's stuff. I found some but it was too expensive while "the cars", I was able to buy it at dollar store.

I'm getting too excited now. Two more weeks and I will see my family again after 4 years. I'm looking forward to hug and kiss them and tell them how much I love them. I just hope that everything will go fine in this trip.

COUNTING THE DAYS

Yes! 23 days more to go and I'm flying back to my homeland and spend time with my family. It's been 4 years since the last time I saw them in person. I miss them so much.

I have lots of plan in my mind that I don't know where and what to start :-) but as far as I know , my sister already made an appointment to bank the day right after my arrival. Oh boy..I don't think I can have a good rest in my first week there..anyway, whatever happen, I'm still very excited :-)

FRIEND'S CHALET

My friend invited us to their new build chalet last weekend. We drove 1 and a half hour to reach the place. Going there is a little bit complicated because the place is still new and the GPS can't find it. They gave us the instruction on how to reach the place but still we got lost and the worst is, my phone don't have signal in the area. Good thing that my friend's phone that was with us was working and we were able to call my friend and finally, we found the right road.

As usual, she prepared lots of yummy foods that I think, it's good for 20 person :-) and we were only 8. 

I felt so bad for myself because I did cheat for my diet for 2 days ( I always have 1 day cheating day for a week) and blame it to her :-)

The crispy pata was really crispy and yummy. This broke my diet. I ate a lot of this crispy pata dipped with sukang pinakurat (fermented vinegar from Philippines) Oh boy, that was really good.

(desserts)

And finally, the dessert. This is the only thing that I'm proud of myself. I didn't eat the dessert because I was so guilty that I did cheat twice. Temptation was very close but I was able to stop.

UNWANTED HAIRS

I'm trying to get rid of my unwanted hairs. I started in 2004 taking out all the unwanted hair in my face. It took 4 years before its totally gone. Then next was under my armpit and it took few years too. Now it's my 3rd times in my legs. I have it done once a month which is not bad at all. I'm happy that hubby is so supportive of what I'm doing.

SPRING?

It's been 3 days now that we have a very nice weather, 6 ,7 and 6 degree celcius. Yesterday with the 7 degree celcius and a just a little shower of rain make the snow melt so fast. Today is 6 and sunny. I don't know if I will be happy or not, happy because it's getting warmer and sad because snows are melting and I really love to have snow all over. Anyway, whatever the temperature we have, it's okey with me as long as there's no nature disaster that will come. I will just enjoy and be thankful every day whatever temperature we have.

FREE WIFI

Our local autobus has free wifi. This this quit interesting eh? I'm taking the autobus just now going to my friend's house. I didn't feel to drive in the city with all the traffic so i prefer to take the bus. I will sleep there tonight since hubby is not here and we will go to church tomorrow together. This is my first time sleeping in another house that is close to my place :-) I'm just lucky that I have a very understanding husband.

Well, i have tomend this now. I still have something to surf in the net..HAVE A NICE WEEKEND TO ALL

ANOTHER GOOD DEAL

I been to Place Laurier today after my work to see my friends. Once or twice a week, usually thursday and friday, we (my friends and hubby) use to meet at starbucks but today i meet with them alone since hubby is not here. Before going to starbucks, i went for shopping and i got another good deal at Earopostal and Dynamyte. Winter jacket that worth $119.50 and i paid $14.99 only. What a great deal eh? Dress at Dynamite worth $44.90 and I paid $15 only. I really love shopping when everything is on sale hihi..
