SICK

(Golden Finch Bird in our Patio)

It's been 5 days now that I'm sick. I have on and off fever, colds and cough. I was force to rest and not working for 2 days. It was not easy for me for the last 3 days, just stayed in the house, slept and no appetite at all. I started to go out yesterday to get some fresh air. The weather was so nice and sunny. I stayed most of the time in our patio with my laptop, iPad, my celfon and of course my camera to capture the birds. 

I was so lucky yesterday because nobody in the neighborhood mown their lawn. Birds were not afraid and they came very close to me to feed themselves. I captured golden finch (in the photo above), turtledove, swallow birds and sparrow bird. I even captured the cat of our neighbor chasing the birds. I felt so upset with the cat but I didn't do anything bad to him. 

I took some pictures again today with the birds but they are all the same birds that come everyday but I still love to picture them. I did a little of gardening too and wanted to help hubby working  our driveway but I didn't because I'm still weak. The fever is back again and I have to go back to work tomorrow. I took some medications but I don't know what's going on. If fever will come back tomorrow then I guess it's time for me to see the doctor. I hope I will be okey tomorrow and continue to work in the rest of the week.

BONDING WITH THE HUSBAND

We are enjoying every second of the time we're together. Hubby is doing everything that needs to be done before he will fly to Alberta...the never ending paper works, preparing all the stuff for winter, his personal stuffs and some of my stuffs. He drop me at work every morning this week and pick me up in the afternoon. He cook for me, been for ice cream and watch tv together without computer in my lap :-)

After he pick me up this afternoon, we been shopping for his clothes and mine as well :-) , then he treat me to St-Hubert restaurant for supper. He's been running all day just to finish what's in his "to-do" list. I know he's exhausted but he always have time for me. 

Just now, he has to finish some paper works so I have time to blog.

LUCKY MOOSE

Yes I can tell that these moose are so lucky that I'm not a hunter. As I said in my post in Through My Lens, we drove around Canton de l'Est to see take some pictures of the trees. We drove through the country road to see the beauty of Autumn.

We drove below the speed limit because we wanted to enjoy looking the beautiful trees and hoping to see a nice spot for photo. And good thing we did that because if we drove to fast, for sure we will have a big accident because these two moose cross the street.

We stopped and hubby try to stop the car behind while I'm enjoying taking picture of them. They never attack us in fact, they looked at me as if they wanted to pose for me :-) I'm too scared they might attack me...I just click click my camera without making any adjustment. I guess I didn't make the fucos right as you see them dark.

Anyway, I didn't mind what my photo look like. All I wanted is to capture them for a souvenir. They stayed in the middle of the road for almost 5 minutes. Yes they are very lucky becuause that week was the hunting week for moose. If hunters were there, I'm sure they shoot them right away.
